Payment must be made on completion of the Registration document. If your payment is not received accommodation cannot be guaranteed – PLEASE FAX OR E-MAIL PROOF OF PAYMENT
The hotel will require your credit card guarantee on check-in as all extras are for your own account
On check-out from the hotel each attendee will be required to settle his/her account in full either by credit card, travelers cheque, local currency or approved foreign currency
Confirmations and cancellations
Accommodation is subject to availability at time of registration and the hotels terms & conditions apply

Registration will only be confirmed once full and final payment has been received

On Sunday 14 November 2010 there will be a casual networking dinner at 18:30 in the Chiefs Boma Restaurant at the Indaba Hotel. This function is included in the package options 1 & 2 found on page 3
For additional tickets for a partner or accompanying person the cost will be R155.00 per additional person
